These providers are contractually required to use your data only to provide services to us, and not for their own purposes.

Note on AI providers: Anthropic and OpenAI process your coaching messages only at the time of the API call. Per their current terms, they do not use API data to train their models or retain it beyond the call. We recommend reviewing their policies directly for the most current information.

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights regarding your data:

Right to Access

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Deletion

You can delete your Launch account at any time from within the app settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account data, habit data, AI coaching history, and push notification tokens from our active systems. Residual copies in backups will be purged within 90 days.

Right to Data Portability

You can request an export of your habit data. Contact us at support@skylineanalysis.com and we will provide your data in a portable format within a reasonable timeframe.

Right to Correction

If any of your data is inaccurate, you can update it within the app or contact us.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For CCPA requests, contact support@skylineanalysis.com.

EU/UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is: (a) performance of the contract (providing the service), (b) your consent (notifications), and (c) legitimate interests (security, analytics).
